About Ali Kincaid Bergthold

I was born in the South and moved all over the United States as a child. My husband and I met in the Peace Corps and were married in Tucson in 1999. At last count, we have moved 18 times in the past 24 years -- within five countries, three states and the District of Columbia. Although my family visited Tucson regularly over the years, we didn't make Tucson our home until 2017 when, during a spring break trip to visit grandparents, I literally fell in love with a house and convinced my husband that we should buy it and move to Tucson. We've never looked back.

Given all of these moves, I understand the stress that often accompanies a move. Whether you are buying or selling, moving from one country to another, one state to another or one house to another, excitement and anticipation always meets uncertainty and challenge. I've learned this firsthand and love using my experience and expertise to help people navigate relocations and life transitions. My moving experience, my love of architecture and design, and my business background made becoming a realtor an obvious choice. I have a master's in business administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and bring 20+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, strategy, communications and management to real estate.

Through my diverse professional experiences and my many relocations, both domestic and international, I developed strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders; solid analytical, negotiating and problem-solving skills; comfort and ease working well in fast-paced dynamic environments; and most importantly, a sense of humor! My professional successes have been built on my ability to establish and grow relationships, to deliver results and to make the journey enjoyable.
